I always liked that note behind the wedding cars. "Just Married"
I don't believe in marriage, but I think these two are the most romantic words I have heard on this concept which carry a lot of meaning that some people just don't realize it.
During my temporary stay at SFU campus in Burnaby B.C, many fun and movable things happened that I won't forget. But I was moved by one sad scene that I think I won't ever forget.
On the road down the campus, I noticed a photo on the side with a note and some other belongings.
My friend told me: This is an 18 years old girl who was killed in a car accident by a drunk man who even did not stop to help.
This sad story is not a once told story, but what scratches me deep inside was a note apparently written by the little girl herself quoting Nietzsche. I remembered that old say that Life is so terrible, but the sad part is you can't imagine how small is the portion.
"What is Life?
-Life- that is continually shedding something that wants to die,
-Life- that is being cruel and inexorable against anything that is growing weak and old in us, and not just in us.
-Life- therefore means being devoid of respect for the dying, the wretched, The aged? Always being the murderer? And yet old Moses said 'Thou shall not kill' "
